DIAGNOSTIC + MEASUREMENT

We offer a number of tools to measure and diagnose lift functions to ensure both compliance and safety standards are met, and to improve efficiency.

DRAKA SEISMIC DETECTOR

The DRK-S701-ROHS EMD detects and measures seismic events and signals elevator controls to take appropriate action based on their magnitude. Properly installed, the EMD will detect a potentially dangerous seismic event and alert the controller to stop the car at the nearest floor to allow the passengers to exit.

Features:

  • Easy to install - Mount it, level it and turn it on

  • Can be custom programmed

  • Auxiliary interface for counterweight displacement device

  • Uses either 110/220VAC or 12/24VDC power

  • Battery backup time approximately 18 hours on one rechargeable battery and up to 36 hours on two

  • Troubleshoots itself and displays trouble codes

  • Advanced dual-sensor technology prevents false alarms

  • MRL safe - Remote reset and test eliminates hoistway visits

HENNING MOBILE LOAD MEASUREMENT

Insufficiently adjusted ropes and excessive total weights result in undesirable and premature wear.

This rope load measuring system simplifies rope adjustment and weighing of the lift car and counterweight. Due to the patented measuring principle the exact loads in each rope can be measured, within seconds, without the necessity of prior calibration with weights.

The integrated rope adjustment wizard will guide you through the rope adjustment and logs each measurement in a report that can later be manipulated.

Features:

  • Rapid weight determination of car and counterweight

  • Unnecessary wear of ropes and traction sheaves is avoided

  • For rope diameters between 4 mm and 24 mm

  • Memory for up to 100 measurements

  • Big illuminated touch display and USB interface in series production

HENNING LIGHTwatcher

The LIGHTwatcher enables the lift car lights to be switched off when they are not in use.

The unit can be installed directly onto the car roof, where it senses car movements and vibrations via its three acceleration sensors. The lift car lights are switched on each time a movement in the car is sensed. Following a pre-set (adjustable) idle period, the lights are automatically turned off.

Combining the LIGHTwatcher with an upgrade of LED car lighting can offer further energy efficient solutions, reducing maintenance costs and power consumption whilst maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
